Is It Wrong To Hang Out With Another Guy While Dating Someone?

When you are committed to something, of course it will take an extra effort to actually maintain the commitment. Commitment is often to be found on a relationship. And of course if you are currently in a committed relationship, you will need to know how to maintain the commitment so the relationship will last.

Under that reason, we may find out that there are different types of rules that each couple have in order to maintain the relationship. Because, of course when you already committed to someone, you cannot just do anything you like to other people. For example, of course you cannot flirt and attracting other guys attention to get closer to you as a lover. 

However, is it wrong to hang out with another guy while dating someone? Think again. It is not. We have a life to live. There are a lot of people that we can and need to connect with such as, family and friends. But, of course you will need to pay attention to some things below, as a way to prevent the problem that might happen so you don't need to know how to solve misunderstanding between boyfriend girlfriend.

1. Know The Limits

Before you are questioning the question of "is it wrong to hang out with another guy while dating someone", you need to realize that there are some limits that you can't trespass because you already have a boyfriend. And of course, you know what kind of limit that you need to keep from other guys by listening to your conscience.

Such as, no flirting and doing other action that may attract other guys to be your lover. You will need to notice the signs your friendship is becoming something more, so by then you will know how to make a distance with a certain guy that is trying to get to close to you as a lover or having a bad thoughts and plan for you. 

2. Clear Purposes

Second of all, you need to have a clear purposes. Having a clear purposes will help you not only to  deal with someone who has an absurd reason to get closer to you even though you already have a boyfriend. Before you go with him who is your friend. Make sure that you know what you are going to do.

Make it clear, and make sure that you know what you are going to do. If you know what you want to do, you will prioritize those things. And somehow subconsciously, you will ignore the other things that is not classified as your priority.

This will prevent you from getting closer with your friend as a lover, and to remind you about the boundaries that you have with other guy who is not your boyfriend. If you don't know yet, it will be better for you to ask your friend about the purpose of asking you to hang out together.

3. Known By The Boyfriend

By the time goes by, surely you can see the signs a man is emotionally connected to you. If you already saw these signs, it means that the bound that you have with your boyfriend is going to be stronger and closer. Which is good for the relationship development, especially if you are having a committed relationship. 

And because you already connected to your boyfriend, you will also need to let your boyfriend know that you are going to go out with your friends, especially when you are about to go out with the guys. You can see it by yourself that you guys are trusting each other, and also connected to each other.

So, there will be no problem if you tell your boyfriend that you are planning to go somewhere with someone else. In a way, he has the right to know where you are going and what you are doing. Because he is your partner, currently. And of course, we need to communicate to avoid conflicts, be honest, and open to each other. 

So, is it wrong to hang out with another guy while dating someone? No, it is not. Because if you know what you need to do and keeping some boundaries to those guys who are not your boyfriend, everything will be fine.

Meanwhile of course you will be happier by being able to maintain the relationship that you have with your boyfriend and friends. However, There are a lot of things that you can do in form of action that is better than the things to say to your boyfriend to make him realize you love him to show how much you love him.
