You and other people have your own business to do every day. Sometime we also have the tendency that we do not want to disturb other people with our own problem because they also have problem to solve. This kind of tendency that you need to erase if you have a suicidal friend. Let her know that you are available for her and that she can approach you anytime she needs you.

2. Stay calm and be a friendly friend

One of many signs your best friend is suicidal and how to help them is they tend to worry too much and to help her you can just stay calm anytime you talk to her. When other people can't see you as a calm person, then how can you expect them to be calm especially when you ask them to.

One way on how teens hang out and stay in touch with their closest friends is by showing their support to their closest friend. Supporting your friend in any kind of condition can help them to know that you are on her side, this also means that she will share their problem with you when she need you.

What to say to a suicidal friend

1. Do not judge them

People who have an intention to kill themselves surely can't think something clearly. In order to not making the situation become worse, you need to talk to her with an open mind and do not even try to judge her. You may say an advice to her but remember not to judge her.

Many people will compare one person problem to another and saying that the problem you currently face is nothing compared to his or others. But, you never know her condition, it will be useless if you think that using comparison will help her. Because it will not, it will only hurt her even more.

2. Ask why they have that intention

Second thing you can say to them is by asking why your friend is having suicidal intention. Do not let your friendship shows signs a friendship is coming to an end.

Help your friend, try to dig information on why she wants to do a suicide as much as you can, slow but sure. You only have to ask short question that can lead her to give you a long answer, keep asking and just don't make any statement or taking a conclusion of her story before she finishes hers.

3. Tell them that you care about her

Action is louder than words and it really is. When you find out that your friend is a suicidal friend please let her know that you care about her. Once you are able to do this and your friendship shows the signs your friendship is becoming something more. You will be able to get her back and letting that suicidal mindset to go away.
